Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Processes in-bound receiving for projects (jobs and work orders)
  • Ensures all receiving processes in Business Central are accurate
  • Handles any shipping discrepancies with the Vendor
  • Processes Job Journals in Business Central (stock picks)
  • Ensures part(s) are pulled accurately from warehouse stock based on Job Journal and executed properly in Business Central
  • Ensures part(s) pulled from warehouse stock are carefully packed for Technician/PM pick-up with accurate labeling of box(es)
  • Tracks and maintains minimum levels of stock items
  • Quarterly discussion with Operations to verify stock minimum levels
  • Coordinates request for procurement
  • Tracks and maintains consumables stock
  • Monthly discussion with Operations to verify consumables list
  • Bi-weekly check on consumables stock
  • Coordinates request for procurement
  • Creates new and maintains consumables in Item Master
  • Handles outbound shipping/freight
  • Coordination of freight pick-ups
  • Keeping of accurate records
  • Maintaining UPS data standards
  • Ensuring accurate safety marking on packages
  • Handles return to stock from jobs
  • Facilitates RMAs back to vendor for credit whenever possible
  • Ensures proper transactions in Business Central
  • Coordinates RMAs
  • Ensures accurate tracking
  • Works with AP for proper credits from vendor
  • Execute transfers of product in Business Central from various warehouses
  • Executes monthly cycle counts
  • Assists Business Operations Manager in annual physical inventory activities
  • Assists in implementing approved special projects and newly created policy and procedures
  • Assists in the coverage of Procurement in the event of PTO or emergency
  • Ensures any on-hand discrepancies are thoroughly researched
  • Assists Business Operations Manager to ensure a safe warehouse environment
  • Ensures a clean warehouse environment (floors are kept clean, trash is taken out, e-waste is picked up, etc.)


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of warehousing experience
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office suite specifically (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • MS Teams experience (Chat, create and/or attend necessary virtual meetings)
  • Proven ability to resolve problems and the understanding when to escalate
  • Proven communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven initiative and self sufficiency

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds)


  • Occasional availability for increased hours based on receiving volume and other coverage duties


  • Must be able to work on day(s) relating of annual physical inventory
