Monitors strength and conditioning program and academic progress. Assists in the coordination of all sport operations to include camps, clinics, and on-campus recruiting. Additional Department Summary: Oversees activities related to the overall development of Women's Basketball student-athletes including monitoring of strength and conditioning program, academic progress, and recruiting operations. Assists in the overall coordination of all Women's Basketball operations including camps, clinics, and video operations. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in coaching, athletic administration, strength and conditioning training, and/or participation as an athlete at a collegiate or professional sport level; OR Master's degree and four (4) years of experience in coaching, athletic administration, strength and conditioning training, and/or participation as an athlete at a collegiate or professional sport level. Skills and Knowledge: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of personal computers, cameras, and standard software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Hudl, Synergy Sports, Fast Model Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of collegiate women's basketball operations. Knowledge of NCAA and SEC policies. Experience with live capturing, coding, and scripting in Hudl Sportscode.
