As an Inside Sales Manager, you will work alongside people at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.

As an Installed Base Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies for customers in a limited geographic territory based on installed base leads with responsibility for orders growth of products and services.
  • Leading and facilitating teamwork within the commercial team (sales managers, Technical Account Managers, CCRs, Services, and CommOps) assigned to support the growth of commercial accounts within their assigned territory.
  • Being a point of contact for customers and be responsible for facilitating relationships and engagements at customer facilities within the assigned territory for Installed Base upgrades.
  • Leading and participating in cross-functional teams and projects to achieve account and regional goals.
  • Providing feedback to the Orbit 60 product line team on customer wants and needs, new product/service needs, product modifications, and help them develop sound business cases.
  • Facilitating engagement of customers through CAB / VOC / NPI feedback sessions.
  • Creating a value/consultative/outcome/gap selling strategy through the understanding of customers and business models associated key drivers.
  • Interpreting and understanding contractual commitments.
  • Upsell a combination of current hardware and/or software solutions to existing installed base.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or engineering.
  • Have efficient oral and written communication skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to "cold call" existing customers and highlight hardware and software upgrade capabilities.
  • Able to travel up to 25% as needed in the US
