We invite you to learn more about our wonderful community: There's something about Salem, Oregon! Your Role With Us: The Nutrition Services Supervisor oversees functional areas and operation. Checks in daily on operations with lead (Staffing, equipment impact, and supply shortages). Address any issues brought up by the lead.Review special requests and project updates.Pass any communication down from management. Review any staff or customer complaints/issues- investigate and review with lead.Involved in the visual management board and monitor key improvements. Ensure that employees understand and meet or exceed customer expectations Work collaboratively across the organization; consider the impact of decisions and actions on other departments scheduling, time cards, and training: Review laborworkx, time off requests, OT, notes, call offs.
