Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Department Coordinator, supporting the Closing department, to join our Colorado Central division. Responsibilities In this position you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all paperwork generated by onsite Sales Associates, Escrow and our Home Gallery. Other tasks you will perform include but are not limited to:
Collect, verify and distribute all vital and necessary documents for settlements (survey, keys, termite certificates, occupancy permits)
Requirements College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Previous office experience required; 2 to 4 years Closing or Escrow experience preferred. Benefits & Perks!
