Position Overview:

LinTech Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, FL.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions, as well as integrating with other platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong background in application development, a solid understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, HAM, CMDB, and SPM.



  • Configure and script client-side and server-side components, such as:




    • Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions



    • Business Rules, Script Includes, GlideAjax





  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.



  • Configure outbound REST APIs, OAuth integrations, and manage ACLs, roles, and group access.



  • Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of ServiceNow solutions.



  • Support ServiceNow updates, patches, and releases while maintaining platform stability and performance.



  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and UI pages within ServiceNow.



  • Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configurations, and solution designs.



  • Apply STIG and other security guidelines to ensure application compliance with federal standards.



  • Provide input and adhere to coding standards, best practices, and architectural design principles.



  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the product backlog and sprint planning.



  • Support Power Platform integration efforts:




    • Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI when needed to support broader automation and reporting requirements.






Required Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance.



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.



  • In-depth experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HAM, CMDB, SPM).



  • Strong skills in JavaScript (client and server-side) within the ServiceNow platform.



  • Experience developing and customizing workflows, reports, and UI pages in ServiceNow.



  • Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and system integrations.



  • Familiarity with STIG compliance, application security best practices, and role-based access control.



  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrating it with ServiceNow.



  • Understanding of Agile development practices; experience in Scrum teams is a plus.



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.




Preferred Qualifications:


  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.



  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Forms, and integration with external data sources.



  • Familiarity with legacy systems using C#, .NET, or SQL Server is a bonus.



  • Prior experience training or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
