You'll be working in a demanding, diverse and complex environment and the volume of providers needing validation is growing. The challenge in this position involves determining whether submissions can be automated into the system by reviewing and validating information with provider intake. Positions in this function are responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and provider education materials. Positions are also responsible for overall provider contract and amendment loading and processing using various databases. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measurers and reporting standards. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given business need, to work occasionally overtime or weekends. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
