Contracts Administrator CTI is seeking a Contracts Administrator experienced in Federal DoD, DOE and commercial environmental design and construction contracts and subcontracts. Over the past 45 years, CTI has delivered over 30,000 projects to more than 1,000 customers within the DoD, DOE, Industrial, Commercial, and Local Government market sectors. Our contracts expand to engineering, construction, environmental remediation, D&D, operations, and remedial construction services. Our current +150 staff presence spreads to 18 states and we work with multiple DOE locations and +23 USACE districts. JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable federal regulations, including DOE and DoD standards, and company policies.
- Manage contract modifications, amendments, and terminations, addressing any disputes or breaches promptly.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager/CFO or legal team to resolve any legal issues in contract documentation.
- Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with all requirements and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, and project management, to align contract terms with project deliverables and budgets.
- Track and manage contract performance to ensure all terms are met and projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeframes.
- Assist in the development of procurement proposals and bid evaluations.
- Assist with continued sourcing and development of qualified vendor database
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Provide support in contract closeouts, including preparing required reports and documentation.

Education, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, specifically with DOE, DoD, or commercial contracts (required).
- Certification in Federal Contracting (e.g., CFCM, CCCM or CPCM) (preferred).
- Proven experience with federal procurement regulations and contract law (required).
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint (preferred).
- Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements.
