SUMMARY: Ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions through monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES
10. Monitors and tests system performance; prepares and delivers system performance statistics and reports. 11. Provides orientation and training for end-users for all modified and new systems. 12. Provides 2nd level support for end-user systems including local and remote workstations and laptops. Provides 1st level support when needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities; however, it may provide lead support to lower-level staff. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science, software administration, or related discipline. Experience may be substituted for up to two years of education. EXPERIENCE * A minimum of five years' equivalent work experience in network administration.
