SCOPE/CONTACTS: The intern will provide client support to external and internal customers for all Treasury Management Products.

QUALIFICATIONS: Business or Information Systems related degree and have completed 60 credit hours with at least a 3.0 GPA. Must have exceptional Word and Excel skills. Professional communication skills and ability to work with clients on the phone or in person. Professional demeanor and a sense of confidentiality are absolutely required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The intern will have business customer contact. Will be responsible for providing high-quality, high-touch telephone and written customer service to business and commercial clients regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests related to deposit and treasury services; identifying and resolving customer issues/problems in a prompt and timely manner, while handling both inbound and outbound customer communications. Intern may also be assigned to assist with additional projects in the department. This is a temporary position intended to cover the fall semester with a possibility of being extended through the spring semester. The incumbent will be asked to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. If at any time the intern wants to be considered for a regular position with the bank, they may apply online and fill out an application of employment
