KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business strategy into learning requirements and recommendations for assigned portfolio of learning programs, by building and managing stakeholder relationships, engaging them in identifying, defining, and scoping strategic learning needs
  • Provide active engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and agreed-upon outcomes, while managing the team in developing learning solutions that demonstrate collaboration across matrixed teams, driving innovation and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter professionals to design and storyboard learner-centered experiences based on identified needs, utilizing various formats and modalities, including those with greater design complexity
  • Provide guidance in learning experience design, adult learning principles, and innovation strategies by training and coaching junior-level learning experience designers which could include people management responsibility (sets goals, offers feedback, sources developmental opportunities and provides long-term career guidance) for a small team of entry through intermediate level employees
  • Lead collaborative design sessions and interviews with stakeholders and SMPs to gather detailed insight on learning experience including individual learning asset requirements
  • Ensure learning assets meet training objectives, brand standards, and CPE requirements by applying instructional design best practices, as well as test and evaluate solutions for effectiveness, including those created by other team members or vendors, making necessary revisions based on feedback
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience implementing strategic learning solutions in a large corporate environment, preferably within a professional services firm
  • Master's degree in human resources, applied psychology, or learning strategies from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Ability to effectively lead large, complex team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors; previous performance management experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) with the capability to build and maintain relationships, lead discussions, and drive successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, influence, performance consulting methodologies, and performance improvement and measurement
  • Proficiency in utilizing learning experience platforms (LXP) and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
