What you'll be doing...

Are you a digital designer wanting to make your mark working for a large global company? Our products are sold in 14 countries, we are leaders in our space and always push the boundaries. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experts in their field for a global company. Our digital team is very data centric, we run all of our ideas through split testing to understand effectiveness, so if you'd love to work for a company that focuses on conversion optimization you'd love to work with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, graphic layouts to communicate the functionality and design to stakeholders and developers.

  • Create page layouts based on our Design System.

  • Participate in project briefing and brainstorming.

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices.

  • Be proactive about helping us achieve our goals of increasing conversion rates, by identifying, communicating and acting on opportunities.

  • Work closely with the front-end development team to hand off designs for the best user experience.

  • Innovate and propose new ways to move our creative to the next level.

  • Creating personalized experiences across the site to maximize conversions.

  • Supporting the use of dynamic creative (based on audience behavior/history) to drive higher conversion.

  • Connecting the dots between campaign goals, creative/copy of marketing tactics, landing page creative/copy, calls to action on landing pages, and downstream handling of leads.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have...

  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Three or more years experience of website design, UI and UX.

  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • A solid understanding of design methodologies and designing for web conversion.

  • A willingness to dig deep, learn from others, share your own skills, and be part of a talented and dedicated team.

  • Superior attention to detail.

  • An amazing portfolio of your current digital work that also demonstrates best practice.

Even better if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Knowledge of conversion optimization and/or multivariate testing.

  • Understanding of conversion funnels and webforms.

  • Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.

  • Except

  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $91,500.00 and $159,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
