Your role and responsibilities
In this role, As IT Services Marcom Lead you will have the opportunity to define, manage and implement the IT Services Marcom plans with the objective of driving adoption and awareness of IT Ser-vices and establishing IT reputation as a consumer centric organization through attractive, innovative and effective marketing & communication campaigns, targeted to an employee base of up to 110,000 people. The work model for the role is hybid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: - Define and implement Marcom strategies, assets and plans in unison with IT Service owners, adoption leads and training and event management. - Develop and gain approval of campaign assets, together with the Consumer Communication Lead, Content Specialist, Channel Specialist and external agencies - Deliver and Measure Campaigns - Communicate outcomes to Senior Leaders in CX and business - Provide Marketing consultancy and content to Product & Service product launch support. - Build and maintain ABB IS Image Library in Media Bank - Project managing development projects liaising with various stakeholders to ensure constant flow of relevant and high-quality content
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Marketing, Communication, Creative)
- 5 years professional experience in B2C marketing
- 2 years professional experience in a Corporate Communications or Change Management role
- 2 years in communication or marketing project management
- Experience within ABB corporate communications would be an ad-vantage
- Experience with marketing data analysis and campaign tracking
