Job Description:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Global Marketing professional to lead our Life Sciences marketing organization. The new hire in this role will be based onsite at our corporate headquarters in Billerica, MA.
As the new Life Sciences Solutions Marketing Leader you will be accountable for developing marketing strategies and translating these strategies into actions that deliver business results. In this new role you will have the opportunity to help build team structure and talent. You and your team will engage cross functionally with business leadership, Sales, R&D and Product Management to establish Entegris brand recognition and perception in the industry, drive product and solutions consideration, and deliver measurable results to achieve business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and execute a creative and modern Marketing Plan and development and tracking of the Marketing Budget.
  • Build and develop a global team
  • Contribute to the development and share responsibility for achieving the Life Science Global Business Plan. Lead the development and execution of an integrated Life Sciences marketing strategy to achieve the defined business targets.
  • Develop a lean global team that can translate diverse technical content into highly effective value propositions aimed at key personas and customer segments that are communicated through optimal channels.
  • Develop marketing programs to drive brand awareness and customer mind share.
  • Leverage comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape related to Pharma and BioPharma markets.Produce market insights and guidance to business leaders to help optimize investment decisions and strategies
  • Provide critical inputs to key product functions including strategic pricing, targeted customers, and go-to-market strategies (OEM, Channal partner vs. End-user).
  • Lead the further development of a highly effective MARCOM team to produce compelling market messages, case studies, and white papers.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of solutions marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Track and analyze campaign performance, sales pipeline metrics, training outcomes, content engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop Content and Marketing Campaigns to Drive Product Consideration:

  • Develop technical and value-based messaging and content with subject matter experts that is educational, relevant, easy to understand and speaks clearly to our customer base
  • Oversee content creation including marketing campaigns, case studies, thought leadership, presentations, web content, advertising, event messaging to support sales process and effectively communicate the competitive advantages and value propositions of our solutions.
  • Promote content through various tactics and measure effectiveness
  • Ensure product launches are properly supported with sales packages, promotions, and activities.

Oversee Sales Enablement Programs:

  • Oversee the development and execution of materials for the sales organization to use to deliver messaging to our customers including product launch materials, digital collateral, customer presentations.
  • Work with sales leaders to develop product and application training materials to equip sales teams with product knowledge to effectively engage with our customers and prospects, design and manage training calendar.

WHAT WE SEEK:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years professional experience in a marketing role, Advanced degree in a technical field such as life sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering is a plus.
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing & analytics
  • Creativity and ability to develop and implement new, innovative sales and marketing solutions
  • A self-motivated individual with the agility to work in an organization with a startup mind set. Strong organizational skills, the ability to make informed decisions, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a matrixed environmentwill be critical to your success.
  • A solid understanding of life sciences buyers, their behavior, and channels of communication to build reach and influence
  • Strong cross functional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business units within the organization

  • Compensation: $130,000-170,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
