Responsibilities

As an integral member of the Business Information Systems Department, this position is responsible for reviewing document images for quality, indexing documents, performing quality assurance of documentation. Assist Document Imaging Manager with appropriate tasks.

Essential Duties:

  • Process scanned documentation
    • Review documents for scan quality
    • Identify errors and/or missing documentation
    • Create and communicate exceptions
    • Index documents to be accessible in Synergy
  • Utilize various systems and programs to improve efficiency (i.e. Silverlake, Microsoft Office, Synergy).
  • Cooperate with other members of the department to achieve department goals.
  • Participate in organizing, planning, scheduling, and completion of Special Projects assigned to the Document Imaging Department.
  • Assist Department Manager with new document imaging processes
  • Assist Department Manager with creating/maintain document retention polices in synergy.
  • Perform testing for Synergy System Upgrades., including reporting issues and implementing solutions
  • Maintain Synergy Test system.
  • Participate in Document Conversion for acquisitions and projects.
  • Assist Department Manager with Synergy System Administrator and eSign Administrator functions.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion

Ancillary Duties:

Provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Business Information Systems Department and the bank in achieving their annual goals.


Qualifications

Education, Training and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related equivalent or equivalent banking experience.

  • Previous System Applications Systems experience.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention to detail.
  • Above average computer skills.

Experience:

  • Three to five (3-5) years of banking experience preferred. Strong focus on Applications Systems

Hours: 40/week

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
