Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The IT Audit Manager will work with the other US based associates and alongside associates from our co-source partners, to deliver the audit plan globally. All IA staff will be expected to assist in the delivery of the global IA plan and may be required to participate in assignments, working alongside foreign based IT auditors where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the annual risk assessment by conducting interviews and walkthroughs of IT systems and processes to identify top risks.

  • Develop IT audit scopes and audit programs based on the results of risk assessments.

  • Lead and manage IT audits, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and IT Operations.

  • Manage the audit life cycle from planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of offshore auditors and review workpapers for quality and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with external auditors on the SOX Compliance Program as needed.

  • Effectively write and communicate audit findings and develop a remediation plan with key stakeholders.

  • Supervise contractors, although there are no direct HR reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CPA are preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing, including SOX compliance and IT operations.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and controls.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with co-source partners and managing offshore teams.

  • Proficiency in audit software and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
