The Director of Global Commercial Operations is a champion of lean methodologies, kaizen, Six Sigma, or related tools, a strategic partner for the business, a connector and developer of teams, and a cultural change agent. SUMMARY: Natus Sensory, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global Commercial Operations to lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Commercial Operations Processes through our Salesforce.com CRM tool. This key leader will bring a high level of expertise in customer-facing roles and work across regions and functions to design efficient processes that support sustained business growth. Performance Measures:
Travel Required: Some travel is required, up to 50%. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage and lead employees, overseeing hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
