What You'll Do

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

The Product Manager provides a market-driven focus on digital and fintech channel innovation based upon consumer insights, oversees product life cycle planning, and manages channel performance. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, working closely with enterprise technology and business owners across the organization as a key partner responsible for growth, engagement, and optimization.

  • Support implementation of new digital retail and business banking platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, propensities, expectations, and trends utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Bring an innovative and agile approach to lead discovery, design, and delivery of digital and fintech initiatives.
  • Explore emerging digital channels and technology; develop experiments, test & learn initiatives, and pilot programs.
  • Lead channel product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization to drive business and customer value.
  • Proactively monitor target segment and channel performance and recommend adjustments to growth strategies, risk parameters, and execution efforts based on results and trending across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Manage channel profitability, conduct regular pricing & fee analysis for digital and fintech products and recommend updates in alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business leaders, Marketing, IT and Risk on go-to-market strategies, product campaigns and promotions, and target audience & product outreach.
  • Coordinate with Data Analytics on reporting to support all aspects of member and product management including segment/channel profitability, marketing/campaign return on investment, risk parameters and performance, usage & retention, etc.
  • Identify and support product training efforts in partnership with Education & Learning team.
  • Assess potential impact of changes in external or internal forces, monitor and detect potential opportunities or threats to product lines.
  • Manage third-party relationships and recommend strategic partnerships that align with corporate priorities.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and data-driven decisions.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor analysis, regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks.

What You Bring

  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 5 to 8 years of similar or related experience in in fintech, product, technology, finance and investments, or similar money movement and management required.
  • Fintech or innovative tech experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial service industry, digital solutions, and fintech opportunities including related regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Aptitude for innovation and problem-solving
  • Driven by empathy with ability to balance business objectives with user needs
  • Flexible, curious, and resilient, with a growth mindset
  • Strong accountability, addressing difficult topics and making trade-off decisions to drive execution excellence
  • Business acumen including data analysis with forward-thinking abilities
  • Experience translating complex concepts into simple and understandable experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Agile/Lean/SAFe experience preferred
