As the Manager of Wellbeing Benefits you'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative programs that promote healthier lifestyles, drive employee engagement, and foster a culture of care. This is a unique opportunity to blend benefits expertise, strategic communication, and operational leadership while partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization to make a meaningful impact. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Implement and support company-wide wellbeing and engagement strategies that resonate across roles and locations. Support the Continuous Listening Strategy through pulse surveys, focus groups, and sentiment analysis. Develop communications that inspire employees and drive participation in wellbeing initiatives. Build strong partnerships with HR, operations, and property leadership to ensure alignment and success of wellbeing programs. Recruit and lead a network of wellbeing champions to support local initiatives at each property. Manage relationships with benefit vendors and ensure optimal performance, outcomes, and member service. Support Executive Health Plan communication and resolve complex benefit escalations. Oversee clinical programs focused on population health, quality improvement, and high-touch care programs (e.g., maternity, diabetes, surgical weight loss). Leverage data to evaluate programs, track ROI, and improve outcomes. Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field-or equivalent experience. 2+ years of prior relevant experiencein engagement and well being benefits. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, project management, and communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Workday experience is a plus. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization-from front-line to senior leadership.
