*Description*
This position is directly responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, installation, deployment, and support of all Server Hardware, Network Equipment, Operating Systems, Infrastructure both on-premises and cloud. This role will lead to many different types of requests for both individual and junior systems associate(s) every day, with a friendly, and service-oriented attitude. This role will set priorities for requests and either execute the requests or delegate them to fellow team members in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain all Infrastructure equipment and perform maintenance and repairs when required. * Troubleshoot connection problems with branches, applications, and contacting vendors or providers when needed. * Monitor systems for outages and provide updates and details on outages to needed members of staff and managers. * Build and deploy infrastructure as needed across branches and cloud platforms. * Manage Evergreen Home Loans platforms to include but not limited to: Active Directory, Azure Directory, AWS services, various SaaS platforms, and make suggestions for improvement and efficiency. * Manage backup methodology and test functionality on at least an annual basis, report findings and opportunities to manage. * Manage network architecture and measure efficiency by delivery of reports to management. * Own the environment and make recommendations based on research on how to grow the enterprise from a systems and network perspective, highlighting efficiency both from a systems and costs perspective. * Own periodic reporting metrics on uptime of services and recommend improvements to the environment. * Serve as the lead, escalation point and mentor for junior System Administrators owning incidents and requests to completion. * May occasionally perform special projects. * Other duties as assigned. *Performance Expectations:* * Perform all actions in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Convictions of EHL. * Provide a "WOW" experience and effectively communicate with associates, clients, partners, and vendors via phone, written communication and/or in person. * Seek Feedback: Host regular and timely communication with mentee associates and Manager. * Be willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise. * Have strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, and accuracy/timeliness in completing tasks. * Perform all actions in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. * Expected to meet productivity guidelines of the position. * Effectively use software specific to the position and Microsoft office products. * Work well with other members of the EHL team and be willing to fill in when needed. *Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution or related degree, a plus * 5+ years of Systems, Network, or other related IT Administration * Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or other industry certifications, a plus * 5+ years with AWS Cloud Infrastructure o Understanding the cloud networking, VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, transit gateways, etc. o Maintain security rules/roles o Identity and Access Management o Set up EC2s, WorkSpaces, SFTP access o Manage cloud storage, EBS, S3, etc. * 5+ years with Palo Alto Networks o Maintain NGFW, IONs, Global Protect VPN o Panorama Management o Oversee and manage Prisma Access & SD-WAN * 5+ years with Azure Infrastructure o Maintain Entra ID o Set up App Registrations o InTune Management o Mange Blob Storage o Migration experience from Active Directory to Entra ID * Exceptional (3+ years) in Microsoft Office O365 Administration o User account management (add/remove users, groups, mailbox management) o Exchange and DNS Administration (MX records, SPF, DKIM, etc.) o Ability to maintain a level of knowledge regarding the latest Office 365 services and how they can be leveraged at EHL. * 1-3 years of VDI Administration o AWS Workspaces, Citrix, VMWare Horizon, etc. o Client installation, connectivity, and overall end-user experience * Proven experience tracking and maintaining accurate logs and records. * Organized and efficient, service oriented and pay attention to details. * High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. * Ability to work independently on projects. * Must be able to grasp issues quickly and have a growth mindset to learn new technology. * Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hard working. * Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients, and vendors. * Good communication skills. Neat, clean, healthy work habits. *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment. * May be required to drive for business purposes and if so, must hold a driver's license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with EHL's Auto Insurance policy. * Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more. * Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift. * Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. *Skills* AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Palo Alto Networks, Azure Infrastructure, Veeam Data Platform Foundation, Data Cloud, KACE SMA, Zoom Phone System *Top Skills Details* AWS Cloud Infrastructure,Palo Alto Networks,Azure Infrastructure *Additional Skills & Qualifications* NA *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
