*Description*
*Provides support to Cowboys staff for technology related issues. *Acts as an escalation point for all Tier 1 related technical inquiries. *Oversee and perform compliance reviews, troubleshooting and remediation on enterprise workstations, tablets, and mobile devices. *Maintains hardware and software on desktops and laptops across their site. *Assists with support of VoIP phone system and cellular devices. *Plan, design and implement special projects at the direction of IT staff *Maintains technical proficiency on all Cowboys end-user computing platforms: oWindows and Apple Operating Systems. oMicrosoft Office Suite. oInternet based Applications. oDepartmental Applications. *IT Asset Management oAssists with hardware and software deployments as well as procurement and installations. oIT Asset Disposition. *Manages and updates knowledge base documentation and procedures. *Provide Event Support for all Dallas Cowboys related entities. *Provide Point of Sale Support for Dallas Cowboys retail locations; also provide Internet Service Provider Maintenance and Support. *Maintains Executive Support as well as provide an escalation point for issues. *Skills* Desktop, Support, Troubleshooting, Hardware, mac, Windows, microsoft, Technical support, Imaging, Deployment *Top Skills Details* Desktop,Support,Troubleshooting,Hardware,mac,Windows,microsoft *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent preferred *Minimum 2 years previous experience in an Information Technology support position *Excellent general computer skills in both Microsoft Windows and Apple OS environments *Ability to work well with people in a support and training role with strong communication skills *Ability to effectively diagnose and repair computer hardware and software problems *Understanding of computer networking concepts *Ability to explain basic concepts or procedures in a clear, concise, easy-to-understand manner for a large and diverse customer base who utilize a wide variety of in-house developed and off-the-shelf applications *Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability for area of responsibility and related results *Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and gain access to various areas of the stadium for prolonged periods of time during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds *Display professional image and demeanor *Ability to travel as needed and willing to provide on-site support for multiple locations *Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
