Job Summary: The Senior Director, Corporate & GPO Accounts leads a team of Account Directors focused on developing and executing customer strategy across key corporate, provider group, and GPO accounts for the US Oncology portfolio. This position reports to the AVP & Head of Market Access, Distribution and Patient Access Services - Oncology and is a key member of the Market Access leadership and contributor to market access strategic plans. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities): * Lead a team of Account Directors focused on strategic engagement with Incyte's most important oncology customer accounts. * Ensure team develops and maintains strong customer management and strategic relationships with C-suite and senior management stakeholders within key customer and GPO accounts to create and execute a top-down/bottom-up strategy. * Establish and maintain an in-depth understanding of key account needs, challenges, priorities, and opportunities, and effectively communicates key intelligence of customer and industry trends to internal partners and stakeholders. * Evaluate markets and customers to identify and develop opportunities that support the growth of the Oncology portfolio. * Lead the Account Director team to build and pull-through strategic plans for key national and regional accounts and GPO aligned dispensing customers. Support team with problem solving. * Responsible and accountable for the successful creation and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for the Corporate & GPO Account Team. Establish metrics to ensure performance against the established team goals. * Responsible and accountable for managing and monitoring the Corporate & GPO Account Team budget, ensuring effective investments and spending. * Lead GPO contract strategy development, execution, and performance tracking. * Effectively communicate and collaborate with all Market Access, product strategy, sales, and medical affairs team members to identify opportunities and reduce barriers to accessing Incyte products within the national and regional strategic accounts. * Communicate appropriately with the Market Access Payer and Medical Affairs teams regarding account specific needs. * Coordinate and actively participate in customer and industry meetings. * Identify team and account needs and work with Market Access Marketing and other HQ cross-functional teams to develop resources that address the needs of the commercial business at the account level. * Contribute to the development and presentation of quarterly business reviews demonstrating achievement of key metrics, annual budgets, and strategic planning exercises. * Ensure implementation of individual Account Director goals through alignment to overarching team strategy and objectives. * Ensure compliance to and establish policies appropriate for the function. * Develop people and a pipeline of talent of future leaders. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency): * Significant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, oncology experience required. * Minimum 5 years of experience in GPO account management, including contract negotiation, and execution. Experience with GPO contract strategy development preferred. * In-depth knowledge of oncology within distribution, patient access and reimbursement, managed care/federal/state marketplace sectors, and physician networks. * Existing relationship with marketplace stakeholders. * Direct Management of staff required. * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point). * Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and results orientation. * Demonstrated negotiation skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and work under pressure. * Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead cohesive and productive teams. * Strong project management skills. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact. * High level of oral and written communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders internally and externally. * 50% Travel requirements. * Remote/Field-based position, with a regular presence in Headquarters expected.
