HR Coordinator

Sonova is seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support HR operations at Phonak LLC. In this role, you'll manage key HR processes such as onboarding, payroll/benefits coordination, compliance reporting, and employee support, ensuring an efficient and compliant HR environment.

Responsibilities




  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee records



  • Support payroll, benefits, and leave of absence administration



  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and audits (EEOC, OSHA, AAP)



  • Manage HR systems and employee data (SuccessFactors, LMS)



  • Assist with reporting, recognition programs, and training logistics




Qualifications




  • Earning a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field



  • 3+ years of HR operations or payroll/benefits experience



  • Strong organizational, communication, and system skills



  • Experience with HRIS tools (SuccessFactors preferred)




Travel




  • Up to 5%




Internet

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed is required for hybrid work.
