Position Overview:

Assists with eQip application including re-initiation and cancellation, communicating with federal staff, updating trackers and databases. This Ready Reserve position involves a comprehensive hiring process, including interviews with both PSI and the specific Program Manager or Team Lead, along with a background check and drug screen for Protection Strategies, Inc. Successful candidates will be placed on a Ready Reserve List and considered for placement as vacancies arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-initiate terminated eQip applications.
• Communicate with Federal staff regarding current applications in queue.
• Work closely with Security Assistant II with caseload.
• Update spreadsheet to reflect active, pending suitability/fingerprints, terminated accounts.
• Assist with password resets for applicants.
• Cancel eQip applications and update the systems to reflect terminated account.
• Work with various databases- CVS, PIPS, Security Manager

Qualifications:

• Education at the High School level and/or equal work experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be willing to travel 5%
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
