Starting Salary Range: $160,000 - $182,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. We're looking for a Manager of Modeling Services to lead a team responsible for collecting and synthesizing data from transmission owners and market participants to build the models that support MISO's transmission expansion planning, grid operations, and protection systems. You'll be joining a seasoned, diverse team that plays a critical role in fulfilling MISO's vision of being the most reliable and value-driven Regional Transmission Organization. In this role, you'll guide innovative programs such as guiding Model Management System, Energy Management System, and our Day-Ahead and Real-Time Market Systems that build grid models used by various stakeholders. But beyond the technical work, you'll draw on your strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership experience to translate complex models into clear, impactful insights-all while actively mentoring, developing, and empowering others to grow in their careers and reach their full potential. Masters of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Power Systems (required) Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (required) Experience
5 years: Experience in power system modeling, system planning, or operations. (required)
