Are you ready to get hands-on with cutting-edge print technology and build a career in a growing industry? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Digital Press Apprentices, where you'll receive comprehensive training to operate industry-leading Inca and/or EFI Vutek Digital Presses. This is more than a job - it's a launchpad for a career in digital printing! Schedule: Train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift Pay: $18/hr. As a Digital Press Apprentice, you'll be a vital part of our production team, helping bring vibrant signs, banners, decals, and more to life on a wide range of paper and synthetic materials. Key Responsibilities: Operate state-of-the-art digital presses efficiently Perform daily maintenance and keep equipment in top shape Load/unload media materials (up to 50lbs) Inspect print jobs to ensure top-notch quality Track time, materials, and quality control data Move completed jobs to the next stage of production Keep the Digital Print Department clean and organized Qualifications: Three years of prior experience Microsoft Word and Excel experience A high school diploma or GED Strong mechanical, graphics and/or computer aptitude We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, Earned Wage Access (access a portion of your earned wages before your payday), 401k options, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!
