THE JOB:

Asa Salon Receptionist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us.By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $15

THE SCHEDULE: Full Time

Salon Hours of Operation

Mon to Sun: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

ARIA Spa and Salon

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guests in the booking of salon services and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior

• Manage cash bank daily, and maintain knowledge to effectively use salon booking system

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
