Overview

We are in search of a motivated IT Intern to support Lake Ridge Bank's information technology team while gaining valuable work experience this Summer 2025. This will include working with experienced banking and IT professionals and assisting with other functions across the bank on various activities as needed.



Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Asset management and data entry

* PC/laptop imaging and deployment

* User administration on enterprise applications

* General clean up on printer/copier inventory

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Understand bank Mission and Brand, organizational structure, employee handbook, bank security, policies and procedures, and standards of conduct

* Complete all annual security and compliance training as required
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information at all times
* Actively participate in bank and department meetings
* Perform all other duties as assigned or requested



Qualifications

    Pursing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information technology or a related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact and communicate with a diverse group of associates
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional understanding of advanced features in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn new programs/software
  • Willingness and ability to participate in community functions where the office is involved
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner

This position is a summer position with hours of 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility in scheduling may be needed on occasion.
