POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Commercial Credit Review Analyst will primarily be responsible for the administrative functions of Commercial Loan Administration related to regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring that all HMDA/CRA/Section 1071 SBL records are accurately completed during the loan process to make sure all policies & procedures are being followed. Additionally, this position will also assist the manager and the other employees within the Credit Administration Department in the production of various reports, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 3 years of commercial loan operation and/or commercial loan documentation experience required.
* Minimum of 3 years of commercial loan regulatory guidelines experience as it pertains to HMDA & CRA preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of ECOA and Fair Lending regulatory review experience, preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review approved, denied and counteroffer loan applications daily to ensure that compliance of HMDA & CRA & Section 1071-SBL reporting is within regulatory guidelines.
* Manage current Commercial Loan pipeline to ensure stale applications are handled appropriately.
* Review 100% of commercial loan applications prior to close out to ensure accurate purpose and call codes are correct.
* Ensure and validate that the policies and procedures for Quality Control are updated and maintained.
* Help facilitate monitoring for ECOA/fair lending with the implementation of Dodd Frank Section 1071 Small Business Lending.
* Assist the QC Department in the production of the various reports that the Department produces, i.e., financial covenant tracking, override, and extension SLC reports, etc.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

* Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
