Description Appraisal Desk position will work directly with the Appraisal Department team processing appraisal orders from entry through reception as well as assisting with any subsequent revision requests. Skills Mortgage lending, mortgage loan, mortgage operations, mortgage industry Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities): 1-2 years of Mortgage experience Excellent communication skills Excellent documentation and process mapping skills Strong problem-solving skills Excellent written communication skills Ability to adapt to change Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr. - Health insurance - Life insurance - Disability insurance Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in accordance with our usual policies. You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of employment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.
