*Job Title:* Insurance Servicing Representative
*Responsibilities* * Handle 35-45 inbound calls per day; average call duration is 11-14 minutes. * Address insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions, primarily related to homeowners' insurance. * Respond to queries regarding payment and coverage issues. * Research and document calls using various systems while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Maintain professional communication and uphold internal and external service standards. * Utilize problem-solving skills to provide resolutions effectively. *Must Have:* * At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center experience preferred, but front desk/admin experience acceptable). * Proficiency in Windows PC and software navigation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and email correspondence. * Active internet connection for remote training and work. * Reliable transportation for on-site training. *Nice to Have:* * 2+ years of call center experience. * Insurance or mortgage experience. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
