Genesis10 seeks a Credit Card Fraud Specialist for a 12- month contract assignment in Salt Lake City, UT. Compensation: $28.00 - 30.16 per hour, W2 Key Responsibilities: * Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Fraud and Claims Operations * This role will be working Visa and Client fraud chargeback requests. * Review and analyze basic or tactical Fraud and Claims Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables * Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements * Provide information to Client personnel in Fraud and Claims Operations Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of Fraud, Investigations, Risk Management, or Compliance experience * MS Office, MS Excel experience * Experience with credit card fraud, Visa Resolve Online and MasterCom preferred.
