We're searching for a hands-on, results-driven Overnight Operations Manager to oversee our client's Las Vegas Fulfillment Center, responsible for the full spectrum of operations - from inbound flow and put-away to outbound B2C/B2B fulfillment and returns. This is a critical leadership role managing a team of 80-100 in a dynamic 3PL environment operating 24/7. Hours available are Sunday through Wednesday 4pm to 230am or Wednesday through Saturday 5pm to 530pm.


What You'll Be Responsible For:


  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team of Area Managers, Leads, and warehouse associates to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.



  • Overseeing all aspects of fulfillment center operations: Inbound, Outbound, Put-Away, B2C/B2B order processing, Returns, and Inventory Control.



  • Managing and owning operational KPIs including:




    • Location Accuracy



    • Dock to Stock Times



    • SLA Adherence



    • Order & Personnel Productivity





  • Full ownership of staffing, scheduling, payroll, and P&L management for your shift.



  • Ensuring flawless execution during new client onboarding and operational changes.



  • Coaching and developing leaders at all levels - Area Managers, Leads, and front-line teams.



  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Industrial Engineering, Customer Quality, Solutions, HR, Safety, Implementations) to drive innovation and continuous improvement.




What You Bring to the Table:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume, direct-to-consumer warehouse operations in a manager-level role or above.



  • Proven experience leading 5+ salaried leaders and 60+ hourly associates in a high-velocity environment.



  • Strong background in technical warehouse operations, including automation systems.



  • Experience with large-scale facilities (200K+ sq ft) and complex distribution models.



  • Demonstrated success in startup or change management projects within supply chain or fulfillment operations.



  • Proficiency with WMS platforms (configuration + troubleshooting) and advanced Excel capabilities.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.



  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - a true team leader with high emotional intelligence.



  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and operate material handling equipment.



  • Willingness to work in a physically active environment with varying conditions and schedules.




Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually



  • Bonus: 10% annual performance-based bonus
