About the Role As a Recruiter you'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring skilled professionals in engineering, IT and operations/professional fields. From mechanical and electrical engineers, network engineers or project coordinators, you'll support a wide range of searches and collaborate closely with our account managers to deliver high-quality candidates to our clients. What You'll Do Recruit - Source, screen, and manage candidates across a range of technical disciplines including electrical, mechanical, systems, software, and network engineering Industry Versatility - Support client needs in manufacturing, tech, energy, medical devices, and government-adjacent sectors Build Talent Pipelines - Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, databases, referrals, and other tools to find and engage top-tier talent Understand Technical Requirements - Interpret job descriptions and technical language to identify the right candidates with the right skills Full-Cycle Recruiting - Own the process from sourcing through offer acceptance, including interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with account managers to understand client expectations and deliver with speed and accuracy What You Bring * 2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, or IT roles * Strong understanding of technical skill sets and job functions-experience in industries like manufacturing, engineering services, or defense is a plus * Comfort working on high-volume, fast-paced searches for contractors * Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort engaging passive candidates * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Familiarity with ATS systems (JobDiva is a plus) * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Your Business Impact * Revenue Acceleration - By quickly sourcing and securing top technical talent, you directly contribute to faster fills, more placements, and increased revenue. * Client Retention & Satisfaction - Your ability to understand complex technical requirements and consistently deliver qualified candidates builds trust with clients and strengthens long-term partnerships. * Delivery Confidence - You enable account managers to confidently pursue and win new requisitions by ensuring a steady pipeline of specialized talent in high-demand fields. * Industry Penetration - Your versatility across industries like manufacturing, energy, tech, and defense supports expansion into niche markets and helps FieldLink become a go-to resource for technical staffing. * Operational Efficiency - Your ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle reduces time-to-fill, minimizes drop-offs, and ensures a smooth candidate and client experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
