Position Title: Shipping Associate Wage: $19.00 - $21.00/Hour Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Monday - Friday Join a Team That Delivers Excellence! As a Shipping Associate I, you'll play a vital role in making sure customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Shipping Associate Responsibilities: - Receive valves from the assembly area with accuracy - Gather and verify materials for Manifold Assembly based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) - Match Manufacturing Orders (MOs) for kit orders - Assemble shipping boxes and prep materials for packing - Monitor packing processes for accuracy and timely delivery - Coordinate and prepare shipping documents - Ensure products are properly packed and organized according to verbal and written instructions - Label shipments using appropriate tools and methods - Record product, packaging, and order information on required forms and systems - Measure, weigh, and count products and materials for shipping - Inspect shipments to ensure packaging specifications are met - Prepare orders for packers Requirements For Shipping Associate: - Minimum of two years of experience in shipping role. - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer skills - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and coordinate workflow - Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, electric banders, skid wrappers) - Forklift certification preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
