We are in search of a Digital Marketing Analyst II to join our Marketing and Communications department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP, Marketing Communications and executes the implementation and ongoing maintenance of digital marketing strategies for the Marketing Team to optimize marketing effectiveness and enhance user experience.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.

Compensation Information

The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is:

Level II: $58,500 - $88,200; bonus at target is 8% of salary.

Job Requirements

  • Use industry best practices to collaboratively develop and design, and independently execute, bulk email campaigns that may include journeys, drip campaigns, and A/B testing.
  • Use industry best practices, analytics, business team insights and a customer-centric philosophy to collaboratively develop, design and optimize we pages built on a CRM.
  • Code and design email layouts that are mobile responsive and meet brand standards.
  • Review and maintain webpage layouts to ensure formatting for optimal user experience across all browsers and devices. Align designs with AgWest brand standards.
  • Develop wireframes using Figma, or similar tools.
  • Work directly with business teams to complete quarterly/annual website content audits.
  • Independently execute monthly website technical audits.
  • Synthesize feedback from various sources to apply to all project requests.
  • Write conditional logic for forms.
  • Document processes related to digital email and website activities.
  • Facilitate relationship with vendors providing website development support.
  • Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Generally requires at least two years web-based marketing or related experience.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud (or similar) and audience building lists.
  • Digital design and UX capabilities, with the ability to support responsive design.
  • Basic understanding of coding for commercial bulk email (HTML).
  • Knowledge of front -end web and email editors.
  • Comfort with CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
  • Solid understanding of multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM) email, social, SMS) and building reports to convey their impacts on website traffic, performance and user experience.
  • Ability to learn multiple marketing technology systems.
  • Ability to learn and use Figma and Form Titan (or similar).

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns; from concept to measurement.
  • Experience analyzing data (GA4 analytics) and synthesizing into action.
  • Experience developing wireframes as part of web development processes.
  • Familiar with AMPscript.
  • Background in building for mobile responsive designs.
