As a Senior Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding, you'll join our team to deliver quick time-to-value solutions to top clients. Own client engagement outcomes during the onboarding phase by working in tight partnership with the client and post-sales teams on:
- Defining and deliver strategic outcomes-based onboarding plans for our top-tier enterprise clients, setting the foundation for long-term success
- Working cross-functionally internally to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations & solutions
- Speaking prescriptively about best-practice onboarding and intelligence use cases specific to the client's industry
- Ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff between presales, and from onboarding to the expansion team
What You'll Do as a Senior Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding:
- Manage top premium accounts (strategic and enterprise)
- Use your resources to find solutions to complex technical issues during onboarding and outline clear next steps
- Become a trustworthy expert partner who consults customers on onboarding and implementation best practices, their path to successful outcomes, and recommendations
- As a strong communicator, you'll convey clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communications; able to switch writing and language to different personas and motivations.
- As a project management expert, you'll manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including creating specific onboarding plans, defining objectives, sharing weekly project updates, and delivering within the desired time frames.
- Conduct new user advance training with a focus on client's priority use cases to ensure our clients are proficient using the Recorded Future Portal and show a high adoption rate during the onboarding(over 70%)
- Lead on developing, shaping, and enhancing premium services client onboarding such asenhancing kick-off and review slidesand the overall client experience
What you'll bring to the Senior Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding role:
- BS degree or 4 years of relevant work experience required
- Knowledge of basic API/integration troubleshooting steps
- Certifications (strongly recommended) include: Security+ (Strongly recommended), PMP, Certified Scrum Master
- Within first 4 months, get certified in all Recorded Future certifications
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Master client workflow discovery across all types of client team functions
- Ability to conduct advanced product workshops
- Superb communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of personnel
- Proficiency with Recorded Future's top 5 integrations (Splunk, Qradar, Azure Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR, Phantom)
- Ability to search and extract alerts, indicators, and risk lists across the Connect API endpoint (link to the documentation here)
