Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager for ChampionX Resources Inc. (Midland, TX). Identify strategic territories through customer analysis and industry trends to determine where ChampionX should have an increased physical presence. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field and five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager within the oil and gas sector, or a related position. 25-30% domestic travel required. Experience must include: Experience in artificial lift and production chemistry; Managing multiple projects concurrently (Agile – ALS Design Work); Project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Power BI, and JIRA; Engaging in financial analysis of capital projects, contract ROI, utilization, and investment decisions; Stakeholder Engagement; Legal Review & Negotiation of Master Service Agreements, Proposals, compliance, Real Estate Contracts, and Dispute Resolution; Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies; Managing facilities moves including construction.
