CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER The Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV) board seeks a dynamic and innovative executive to be its next CEO. The future CEO will bring experience in developing and pursuing new market opportunities, enhancing and diversifying products, services, emerging technologies, and digital banking, and creating a growth strategy that ensures material market expansion in the Hudson Valley and beyond. MHV began as a financial cooperative supporting IBM Kingston employees and has grown into one of the largest credit unions in New York State. The conversion to and subsequent expansion of a community charter has enabled MHV to serve 93,000 members across Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Westchester, Sullivan, and Rockland counties. With assets exceeding $1.5 billion and a legacy of serving the Hudson Valley community for more than 60 years, MHV is at a critical juncture in its evolution, seeking a visionary leader to navigate the rapidly changing financial services landscape. As CEO, you will lead with courage, confidence, and vision, positioning MHV for long-term success in an evolving financial landscape. You will identify and pursue innovative market opportunities, expanding MHV's reach while ensuring the organization remains competitive and responsive to member needs. Your leadership will demonstrate and exemplify a commitment to developing strategies that attract and retain members, ensuring that MHV continues to expand its impact and influence in the market. In this role, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, ensuring that teams across the organization work cohesively toward strategic objectives.
