As a Security Officer - Unarmed Guard in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

Our Security Officers are tasked with monitoring designated areas to maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine checks, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and engage with individuals on-site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role requires agility and reliability, reflecting our company's values of teamwork and integrity. While a guard card/license and CPR certification are preferred, they are not mandatory for this unarmed post.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Must have a Valid Drivers License for more than 1 year

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and its perimeter, adapting to varying environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
