Pay: $20-$26/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

As a Furnace Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and performing preventive maintenance on industrial furnaces and equipment. You'll troubleshoot and resolve production issues with guidance from supervisors, manufacture thermocouples and refractory fiber modules, and repair furnace linings to ensure they meet required specifications. Additional tasks include setting up survey stands and assisting with refractory installations performed by contractors.

Qualifications:



  • Ability to read and interpret safety protocols, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Comfortable with basic math, including algebra and geometry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in situations with limited guidance.
  • High school diploma or GED, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
