Capitol Bridge Health Services is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume) at our Bogalusa, LA office. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding for both non-exempt and exempt level staff. The specialist will develop strong working relationships with various teams utilizing numerous techniques including: high volume sourcing, social media platforms, attending/conducting on-site, off-site, and virtual hiring fairs, etc.

Job Description

Scope open positions and determine what a successful candidate will look like for their team.

Proactive in identifying candidates utilizing multiple strategies (online databases, social media, Boolean search, complex internet search, etc.).

Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Network to develop and maintain strong working relationships with community organizations and team members to maintain a successful partnership.

Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team

Utilize social media to attract candidates for consideration. - Complete daily and weekly reports. Minimum Requirements: -

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Bachelor's degree can be waived in lieu of applicable experience.

Must have general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. - Strong ability to communicate on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

This is a limited-service position created to accommodate a specific business need. This Limited-Service hire will be a Capitol Bridge Health Services employee who will work full-time hours and receive full benefits. There is a possibility of becoming a regular full-time hire based on business need and individual performance.
