Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. The candidate should also have domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of analytics and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate and timely insights.
- Provide technical expertise in the integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of analytics solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data governance and security within the analytics environment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in the use of Adobe technologies and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics processes.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies to optimize business outcomes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe technologies and analytics.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
- Should have a strong understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 28, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
