Education Details: BS or Equivalent Job Location: New Jersey, USA (Hybrid) Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced "Techno Functional Lead - Payments/SWIFT MT - MX Migration" with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Guidewire Claim Center Responsibilities * 8+ years' experience in Banking and Payments * Knowledge of International Remittances * Hands on knowledge of SWIFT MT - MX Migration is a must * Agile experience * Experience in Payments modernization/migration project * Managing/Leading delivery of large project. * Excellent communication skills Requirement Gathering and Analysis * Designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet business needs, including custom development and system integration * Analyzing and resolving technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless operations * Hands - On Knowledge of International Remittances, Messaging Standards - MT and ISO 20022 - working on MT to MX mapping * Leading the Payments modernization/migration Project for the Bank and managing the Technical Team, BSAs. * Ensuring seamless delivery by liaising between onshore-offshore. * Knowledge of Banking Payments, Fund Transfer, Clearing Systems and Clearing Houses knowledge * Good understanding of Software development life cycle and methodologies (Agile in particular). * Hands on experience in designing product strategy, product management and product roadmap. * Well versed in all basic banking transaction and day to day activity. * Should have excellent communication skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
