Summary Responsible for conducting effective and efficient recruitment activities, proactively sourcing and networking for professional, managerial, and operational positions within the organization. They adopt a consultative approach, working closely with management to understand business needs and develop comprehensive position requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner ensures compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations and laws while filling open positions.
Description
Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. This role is onsite at 51 Clemson Rd. Columbia, SC. Position Purpose: Oversees efficient recruitment for professional, managerial, and operational roles. Works with management to define business needs and create candidate profiles.
