About this opportunity: The Vice President of Global Stores will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a portfolio of premium retail brands, including Herman Miller, Knoll, and Design Within Reach (DWR) full-price and outlet stores. This senior store leadership role requires a strategic visionary with expertise in retail operations, customer experience, and brand management. The Vice President of Global Stores will drive growth and profitability while ensuring alignment with brand values, financial objectives, and customer expectations. Additional Information: This role may require occasional travel for store visits, new store openings, and collaboration with global teams. A starting compensation range for this role is $202,900.00 - $273,900.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
