Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities What We're Looking For: Iridium seeks an experienced Associate Director of Product Management to join our Product Management team. As the Associate Director of NB-IoT Product Management, you won't just manage products; you'll be the driving force behind the evolution of Iridium inside industrial and consumer IoT applications. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the development of Iridium's cutting edge NB-IoT technology with chipset and semi conductor companies, wireless carriers and manufacturing partners to create high profile, exciting new IoT solutions. Your primary focus will be the product management of Iridium's NB-IOT service, products, and capabilities. You'll be successful in this role if you have the relevant technical knowledge, can think on both tactical and strategic levels, can communicate and persuade at all levels of the organization, and are adept in a matrix-management, virtual/in-person, ever-changing environment. Participate in NTN/NB-IoT/Direct to Device Strategy - Focus on building the foundations established in Iridium services to create a world-class implementation of Iridium's NTN/NB-IoT solution. Work with the Commercial teams to define the short-and long-term initiatives that make Iridium a leader in NB-IoT for the industry stakeholders. Develop a framework for evolving capabilities through internal (systems, network, billing) and external partnerships (chipset, consumer, enterprise and government). Own the roadmap for the commercial team at Iridium.
