Pay | $23 per hour

Schedule | 1st Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM)

A Receiving Associate's job is to manage the inflow of goods into a warehouse or store, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management. Key responsibilities include receiving, verifying, and sorting shipments, as well as assisting with restocking and outbound shipments. They also maintain accurate inventory records and keep the work area organized.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Receiving Shipments: Unloading trucks, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, and checking for damage or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Sorting and placing items on shelves, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with restocking.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting items for defects or damage and ensuring items are in good condition.
  • Documentation: Filling out and maintaining accurate paperwork and records related to receiving and inventory.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if required).
  • Organization: Keeping the work area clean and organized.
  • Outbound Support: Assisting with loading outbound shipments and other tasks as needed.
