FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 8pm. Monthly on-call rotation with other supervisors. The incumbent will attend meetings, provide monthly rounding and supervision to direct reports, manage Annual Performance Evaluations and provide direct coaching to Crisis staff. Position Summary The Supervisor of Behavioral Health Crisis Intervention provides crisis intervention and evaluation services following established policies and procedures to meet the unique needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patients and their families. The Supervisor works collaboratively with Manager Crisis Services to ensure that 24/7 crisis services, are staffed appropriately and day to day operations run smoothly. The Supervisor oversees services provided at the mental health center, community, emergency rooms, schools, client's residence and other locations as requested.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
