Job Description General Responsibilities: Are you a motivated environmental professional looking for a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Department Manager to lead and grow our environmental consulting practice in Northern Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to mentor a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our environmental services. This position will work closely with the Office Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Environmental Service Line leadership to strategically expand and elevate the As the Environmental Department Manager, you will oversee all projects within the department are executed on time and in a manner that provides a positive client experience. Supervise the preparation of proposals and cost estimates to ensure proper scoping of services, availability of resources, and pricing to achieve desired profitability. Supervise daily department operations including staff development, utilization of equipment and facilities, safety oversight, project quality, timely delivery, and adherence to policies and procedures. Plan for and participate in business development activities to identify, develop, win, and execute project opportunities, while building and maintaining client relationships.
